Hot Water Details to Have Ready
Four details speed up the first visit:
- The sort of system on your place, whether that is a storage tank, a gas unit, a heat pump or solar
- Its rough age, even a guess
- The spot it occupies, inside the garage, in a cupboard or on an outside wall
- The symptom itself, from lukewarm taps to water pooling underneath
Our Hot Water Run
Murrumba Downs Hot Water Services covers these streets plus Mango Hill, Griffin, Bald Hills, Lawnton and Kallangur, all close by, so one call sorts hot water wherever you are in the patch.
Frequently Asked Questions
Call (07) 3523 7118Who comes out when I book a job in Murrumba Downs?
One of our licensed plumbers comes out to your place, and because we hold gas licences alongside the plumbing trade, the same visit can cover a pilot fault, an element or a full cylinder swap.
What should I have ready when I ring about my Murrumba Downs tank?
The sort of system you have, its age if you can guess it, where the unit sits and the fault you can see, plus your address so we can plan the visit.
Does an Energex controlled load affect my tank here?
Plenty of tanks here heat overnight on an Energex controlled load, so we check the relay before blaming the element, because a dropped supply looks just like a dead element.
Does Unitywater play a part in a hot water job?
Unitywater owns the meter and the water mains up to your property, and everything from the isolation valve to the tank itself is plumbing work we carry out on the day.
Which suburbs sit on your run besides Murrumba Downs?
Mango Hill, Griffin, Bald Hills, Lawnton and Kallangur are all on the run close by, each one inside the City of Moreton Bay, and the same team works the whole patch.
